Erez Tadmor is one of Israel’s leading filmmakers, with a career spanning acclaimed feature films and television and eight Israeli Academy Award nominations. His debut feature, Strangers, adapted from his Sundance-winning short and co-directed with Academy Award winner Guy Nattiv (Golda, Tatami), premiered at Sundance and was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize before being acquired by Fox Searchlight. His second feature, A Matter of Size, won the Audience Award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and multiple international honors. In television, Tadmor created and wrote the thriller series Tycoon for director Louis Leterrier (The Incredible Hulk, Fast X). His films include Magic Men, Wounded Land—which earned 11 Israeli Academy nominations—and Children of Nobody. Tadmor’s romantic drama Matchmaking became Israel’s highest-grossing film of 2022, followed by Soda and Matchmaking 2. He recently wrapped on Matchmaking 3, starring Niv Sultan (Tehran) and Maor Schwitzer (Euphoria).

Michal Zys

Michael Zys received her BFA at Kibbutzim College for directing and acting, with a certificate in teaching both theater and directing. In 2016 she graduated from the prestigious four-year acting school Beit Zvi School of Performing Arts in Tel Aviv. Before that, she graduated from the youth division acting school Nissan Nativ. As a director, she wrote and directed the music video for Israeli singer Alon Eder’s song “In Motion With A Look”. In 2023 she wrote and directed the documentary series Samish Man Now about youth at risk among the Ethiopian community in Be’er Ya’akov. Her acclaim as an actress includes the play Tok Tok at the National Theater in Tel Aviv and 5 Boys, at the Alley Theater, which participated at the Slovenia Theater Festival.

Aviv Ben Shlush is an Israeli film and television producer and co-founder of ZOA Films, with over a decade of experience developing, financing, and producing premium scripted and documentary content. His credits include the acclaimed yes drama series One Day in October (HBO Max), Girls Like Us, and feature films including Matchmaking and Matchmaking 2 (dir. Erez Tadmor), Oxygen (dir. Netalie Braun), Children of Nobody, Good News, and Love, Statistically Speaking (dir. Amichai Greenberg). Earlier in his career, he held senior production roles on notable series such as Shtisel and Classified Exceptional, as well as documentaries including Hushania: Secrets of War. Known for combining creative instincts with hands-on production expertise, Ben Shlush specializes in packaging and executing ambitious projects from development through delivery. His co-producing work includes Shake Your Cares Away (dir. Tom Shoval), winner of Best Narrative Film at the 2021 Jerusalem Film Festival.

Sam Feuer is a film and television producer, actor, and founder of Big Boy Films, known for developing prestige, true-story-driven projects with strong emotional and social impact. He produced The First Grader (BBC Films), directed by Justin Chadwick and starring Naomie Harris, which premiered at the Telluride Film Festival, was runner-up for the Toronto International Film Festival Audience Award, and won more than 20 international awards. Feuer also served as Consulting Producer on the Sundance Audience Award–winning documentary The Green Prince. He began his career as an actor, appearing in Steven Spielberg’s Academy Award-nominated Munich. Today, Feuer develops and produces premium film and television projects across scripted and documentary formats, including The Translator, based on Daoud Hari’s memoir about Darfur, Althea, a feature biopic on tennis pioneer Althea Gibson, and The Benghazi Six, a prestige limited series based on one of the world’s most controversial medical injustice cases.

Lee Kuperman Ben-Shlush is an Israeli producer and production executive with more than 13 years of experience spanning premium television, documentary filmmaking, and commercial content. She is recognized for her hands-on approach to development and production, balancing creative storytelling with strong operational leadership. Kuperman Ben-Shlush served as a producer on the acclaimed yes/Fox Entertainment drama series One Day in October (Shahar Adom), contributing to the realization of a large-scale Israeli series with international reach. Her documentary and television credits include Hushania: Secrets of War and Shkufim, reflecting a body of work rooted in emotionally driven narratives and socially relevant storytelling. In addition to longform projects, she has worked extensively as an executive producer within the ZOA Films/ZOA Productions ecosystem, overseeing branded and music-video productions from concept through delivery. Known for her collaborative spirit and meticulous execution, Kuperman Ben-Shlush specializes in guiding ambitious projects through complex productions while safeguarding story, tone, and creative vision.
