Victoria Hinshaw

Victoria Hinshaw is Jewish Story Partners’ inaugural Development Officer. During her 10-year career as a fundraiser, she has worked with a wide variety of institutions and individuals at nonprofits dedicated to artists and storytelling. She joins JSP from YR Media, an Oakland, CA organization dedicated to training and developing emerging media-makers. As director of institutional giving, she helped grow the organization from a local program to a national network. Previously, she served on the development teams of Wiki Education Foundation and SFJAZZ. Alongside her work as a development professional, she has been a copy editor for various freelance clients and edited the music and literature magazine Radio Silence. A graduate of Reed College, Victoria believes in the power of film to drive social change and is passionate about supporting independent artists.
