Dylan Leiner

As Senior Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Production at Sony Pictures Classics, Leiner oversees the acquisition, production, and business affairs activity for the company and has been involved with a broad range of films, including The Father, Whiplash, Call Me By Your Name, Midnight in Paris, A Separation, Amour, Searching for Sugar Man, Pollock and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon among others. During his tenure, Sony Classics has garnered over 150 Academy Award nominations and over 30 Oscar wins. Leiner is a co-founder of the Marcie Bloom Fellowship in Film, a New York based mentorship program. A former college soccer player, he also co-founded the New York Film and Entertainment Soccer Tournament (NYFEST), a collaboration between the entertainment and soccer communities to benefit underserved youth.
