Gary Starr

Director of Finance and Operations

Gary Starr is JSP’s Director of Finance and Operations with over 30 years experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Previously he was the Vice President of Finance and Administration / Treasurer with the Gary Sinise Foundation. Gary has previously served on the Board of Directors for College Bridge, an education non-profit, and was Treasurer for Fields for Value, a non-profit addressing food insecurity for veterans. He is currently the Treasurer for LAIT911, an LA-based humanitarian wellness non-profit. Gary earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and his Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University – Chicago. Gary is mission-focussed and believes in the ability of any one person to make a difference.
